As a Business Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our business processes.
→ Act as a central point of contact between different departments, teams, and external stakeholders
→ Gather and analyze relevant data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement
→ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
→ Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and explain their benefits
→ Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
